[Digestion] High costs of biogass plants in Norway

maybe the scale is off? If households can manage to pull this off in
Asia....
With the International Energy Agency admitting (finally) that Peak Oil
occurred in 2006, perhaps we need to revisit the question of scale, of the
ratio of capital to the desired output.
