[Digestion] Cost per unit volume

Dear friends: the second question

I am looking for information regarding larger digesters (say 30 cu m 
and above) with regard to the cost per unit volume. Obviously as well, 
such information would need to include a description of the technology 
used, and what is included in the cost as reported.

Does anyone have references?
