[Digestion] Contd. Some calculations for South India

Dear Kyle and List users
Kyle is logically right.
However, the guidelines of IPCC /GEF allows only one component.  This
perhaps originated during the early GEF days of supporting incremental
costs and hence the system allowed calculations from one approach only -
the intervention proposed and its direct implications.

I look forward to any other explanations - if any one worked with this is
the early days of GEF and emissions accounting?
