This is a clear case of temperature shock. The Anarobes which are
aclimatised to 35 deg C are suddenly explosed to 25 deg C. Normally the
loading rate is dependant on the temperature. The loading rate should start
with half the designed loading  rate. The loading rate can be progressively
increased from 25 % loading rate for a weel amd thereafter increasing in
steps of % 5 incremental loading. The intial aclimatisation period should
be about 90 days. Once you have proper aclimated  culture the digester
should work without any issue. However in temperate country does not need
any heating.
