Dear Jaime,
I agree with your argument that the dissemination of biogas technology
is hampered not due to lack of technology but due to inadequate
service to users. Even in India, which claims to have around 30
million biogas plants, only about 2 million are working. The others
worked when installed, but after they had stopped due to some reason,
there was nobody to repair them and so they were abandoned.
