Dear All,

I have been working on biogas installations with Cow dung and food waste being
the main feedstock, we recently got a prospect client interested in hooking up a
pit latrine to the biogas digester.

I have been able to sketch out a pit latrine but I am not experienced with this kind of project. I intend to connect a 5 inch pipe and this will carry all the human excrement towards the digester. Does that sound right? At what angle should I place the pipe? I and the feedstock to flow by gravity.

Have you come a cross drawings/schematics of
the digester/pitlatrine connection, especially those showing the
slope? Am very keen because it's our first pit
latrine hook up, we need to get it right. We have a good mason which
helps.

Thank you in Advance

--
Vianney Tumwesige

Director - Green Heat (U) Ltd
