It was digesting 3 tonne per day of macerated fish frames, skin etc. I am unable to finds the original files quickly as they may have been archived. High ammonia was an issue. Found a reference to gas production at 70% methane of 0.7 volume per reactor volume per day. Unsure of reactor size but there were two in series.
