[Gasification] Anyone know of peer reviewed or other authoritative literature on rocket stoves or masonry stoves?

I'm doing a paper which includes some description of wood combustion 
technologies at different scales. I'd like to include something about 
rocket stoves and masonry stoves from authoritative sources. Ideally, 
covering costs and performance characteristics.

Maybe someone on this list could point me at some relevant material?
