Dear Fredrik

This is a puzzling project, in that there seem to be a number of loose ends
that don't seem to make sense.

The first problem we encounter when attempting to understand the technical
features of the Project is that the Project Team does not want us to
understand the technical features of the Project. Without "true facts, we
on "the outside" are only able to make speculative and intuitive comments.

What we seem to know about the Project and Process is that:
1: More energy is coming out of, than is going into the process.
2: Electric energy sells for about 1/2 as much as Heat energy.

These points alone suggest that the project is not operating on a level
playing field. Government Policies may be contributing to a distortion of
reality.

Kevin
