[Gasification] Request for Statements of Interest (RSOI) in SMUD's Biomass Gasification Project

SMUD is seeking a project developer for a biomass gasification project in
the Sacramento, California.  A Request for Statements of Interest (RSOI) is
attached containing information on the proposed project and requirements of
the RSOI.
