Whoa!

I was attempting to be ironic! I've never disclosed confidential
information! That's a breach of trust and ethics. It's been done in the
reverse, at harm, and I understand how despicable it is!

Patents are a primitive version of open source but I personally prefer
Henri's way.

Jeff

Dear Tom, Mark, list members,

Free open source data and information is a ground breaking world wide trend
which supports the principle, ( which also happens to be backed by
scientific study). "It is better to give than it is to receive"

I am a firm believer of this principle, it has proven itself over and over
again.

I am not a rich man for my ideas but consider myself better off. I have
inspired many and I have also seen many prosper monetarily and otherwise
because they chose to give. A contribution to the whole of humanity.

Amen to that.

Just saying,

Thanks

Henri

Gee Thanks, Tom!

Of course you're correct! I just leach on the creativity of others! In
truth, I just don't bother with the USPTO with most of my ideas. Who wishes
to spend their life in litigation? Apple can sue Samsung, but whom could I
sue? Going to market is the game-point! Besides, I have a bazillion
patentable ideas; so what?

I do compose patent write-ups for others and am happy to do so for a fee.
Beyond this, I really have very little interest in the USPTO.

So sue me! (For what?)

Cheers,

Mark

I am not sure what trademark or copyright infringement is going on, but I
consider it theft. I presume that Mr. Ludlow has never had a clever
innovative idea in his life and only by taking other's can he make any mark.
Wait until some day when he gets an idea and wants to make a living on it,
which some folks do, and finds out that everyone wants it for free and his
scorn is reversed.

Sincerely,

Leland T. "Tom" Taylor
