I would love to visit your site, Larry, but it's a long way from Melbourne.

- For the efficiency figures you mention, were these based on Lower 
Heating Value or Higher Heating Value?

- Will the unit  throttle down to a lower output than the Maximum 
Continuous Rating? Does this affect efficiency?
