tcbiomass2015: 

Call for Abstracts

tcbiomass2015, the 4th international conference on thermochemical (TC) biomass conversion science, will take place 2-5 November 2015 in downtown Chicago, IL USA.

tcbiomass2015 will bring together the world's experts in biomass gasification, pretreatment, pyrolysis, and upgrading to explore progress in the bioeconomy.

Taking Technology for the Bioeconomy as the overall theme, tcbiomass2015 participants will hear the latest research, development, and deployment results for thermal biomass conversion and upgrading technologies and systems to help grow the bioeconomy and achieve a clean and sustainable energy future.

Vann Bush, GTI's Managing Director, Energy Supply and Conversion, and Kyriakos Maniatis, Principal Administrator in the Directorate General for Energy of the European Commission, will return as conference co-chairs.

Submit An Abstract by 10 April 2015

Oral and poster abstracts of 250 to 300 words are due 10 April 2015. Researchers and technology developers are invited to share their process innovations and insights to enable the 

production of clean heat and power, transportation fuels,

Undergraduate and Graduate students whose posters are selected will be invited to compete in this year's tcbiomass2015 Student Poster Challenge... and have the opportunity to win $1,000!
