Dear Tom and List,

it is nice to hear that the theme of reliable small-scale gasifiers is 
still appealing; I forward a copy of the final report that here we at 
RE-CORD published along with colleagues form the University of Bozen 
(Italy), TIS Innovation Park and Ecoresearch on a performance and 
emission-monitoring campaign on few operating installations in South 
Tyrol, a north-eastern region of Italy. The project ended in 2015, and 
we're now in an advanced phase of the follow-up project, NEXT, where 
we'll be monitoring 7 more plants (distinct technologies) in mass&energy 
balances, biomass & producer gas composition, tar residual content in 
cold gas (right before engine). To date, there are 2 out of 7 plants to 
go.

Clearly, in order to protect the privacy of both owner and operator of 
plants, which take part to the survey on a voluntary basis, published 
results will be  again "technology anonymous".

NEXT is scheduled to end on December 2017.
