judges and lawyers accountable. Outright (judge and
attorney) fraud and criminal activity are no longer investigated
(98 of 100 disciplinary complaints are dismissed without
investigation). This leads to an "anything goes" mentality where
bribery and outright fraud are common in the courts and almost
completely unrestrained in business. When courts can't be trusted
(they sell rulings), where does that leave the honest citizens and
businesses? (answer- with the bill.)</DIV>
