<DIV>Some years ago, I watched a documentary video, in the UK which portrayed a
four cylinder diesel engine running under water. There were no exhaust gasses
being released and no air was being admitted.</DIV>
<DIV>The engine was running on diesel fuel, the exhaust gasses were
re-circulated through a chemical filtration system and were re used with the
fuel.</DIV>
<DIV>I do not remember what the purpose of the demonstration was other than to
show space or military application, I believe the program was "Tomorrows
World."</DIV>
<DIV>The idea of using CO 2 or CO to replace the utility of nitrogen
in running an ICE is well established.</DIV>
