<p>The spanner system is much more expensive than the all power labs on a like for like basis.</p>
<p>The spanner system is not economical in terms of payback without significant subisidy, of which there is not enough available to justify it in the UK.</p>
<p>Some concern has been expressed regarding the All power labs system as not being robust? Are you able to comment?</p>
