[Greenbuilding] Movable Insulation

  Wall Curtains?
Way back in the middle ages royalty did that too - Stone castle wall 
insides were covered with tapestries.
Having little in the way of cost constraints, many became pieces of art 
& are still preserved & viewable by tourists.  But you can bet their 
function for winter comfort was primary.
