Fine, but if you only turn it on maybe twice a week, is that factory set temperature properly maintained?

We left our unit at the standard factory set temperature. So when it heats up, it gets plenty hot.
OKC has the same price of electricity, 24/7.

We put in an off the shelf mid-price electric water heater, and added an on off switch, so most of the time it is off and we turn it on maybe twice a week.
