[Greenbuilding] Another Day. Another Challenge....Dishwashers this time!

This happens. I run the hot water in the sink as I start the DW, then close the hot tap slowly, and the flow is enough to keep running hot.
OR: do those items (pots, non DW safe, etc.) in the sink while the DW is filling.
