[Greenbuilding] Condensing dryers

We used one in Germany for last  2 years, a Zanucci (Italian ) model. Much
more flexible then the apartment model ( regular non condensing) we have in
Alexandria VA this year. Miele and Zanucci are solid brands in Europe, Miele
makes the quietest dishwashers you have ever heard.
