Condos are double edged swords

For the most part, you pay a smallish monthly fee for the convience of 
never having to write a big check/cheque for say a new roof or a 
foundation repair
Also part of the deal is that others control more of your life (like 
the outside of your unit or where you hang your laundry or maybe even 
the colour of your flowers)
