[Greenbuilding] Low powered (wattage) water heaters available through Hydro Quebec

Resistive loads, no matter how they are sliced, make no energetic sense to
me. Electricity is the highest quality energy carrier we've so far come up
with and to send it right back into a coil to warm it up is just nuts. We
have/know of too many other simpler, cheaper ways to heat something up.
Shaving grid peak is no small matter, but getting rid of electric
resistance water heaters would be a more direct way to achieve this.
