I feel like this has come up before.
But I forget if there are PH rules that preclude the house(hold) for which
the above holds from heating with wood (=active solar)?

The family of three (of which I am 1/3) was down to 365 kWh/yr and about 115
therms/yr not so long ago, plus about 2 cords of firewood.
