[Greenbuilding] Imagining NZE

I think that "coming close" is the key here.
If one aims for the environmentally important targets, 120 kWh/m2/yr of primary energy, airtight, highly insulated good windows, ventilation, then I too cant image a NZE that is not meeting the PH standard

The issue is the dogmatic adherence to specific targets that are not justifiably rigid (like the ACH, 1 @50 is fine in Boston for example).
