"Flattening The Curve" Update

Here's my hydro data for June. The only changes I've made are as follows:

No longer have the fridge on a timer. It cycles on and off as required 24/7.
Replaced the bottom element from 750watt/120volt (3000watt/240volt) to
375watt/120volt (1500watt/240volt).
Raised the temperature on the lower element to ~160F to discourage
Legionella. Water is extremely hot at the fixtures. May put in a temper
valve.
Lowered the upper element to ~ 105F. This is to discourage the upper element
from energizing and help "flatten the curve"
