[Greenbuilding] Low-e housewrap

Does anyone have experience with this company?

My builder is recommending their low-e housewrap.

I have been using radiant barrier decking on roofs for many years (in Texas hot-humid climate) but I have never heard of low-e house wrap. I don't know how much more it costs, or its effectiveness. My recommendation (for Houston) has always been for adding more insulation in roof, rather than worrying too much about the walls, in this climate.
