[Greenbuilding] CO2 Monitor Recomendation

I've used Telaire CO2 & temp sensors. They measure 0-10,000 ppm and you can
attach an external datalogger (it only outputs readings up to 4,000 ppm,
though). Perhaps a bit pricy at >$500, but they can be re-calibrated and
seem to hold up pretty well.

There is also an inexpensive VOC sensor that claims close correlation with
CO2 readings, so you could use that for ventilation control:

They come in USB, plug, board, or chip packaging, depending on how you want
to integrate them with your application. It's only about $30 for the USB
version, and they even have a white paper on using their sensor for DCV and
compare it to a traditional CO2 sensor:

I haven't used the Applied Sensor product, so I don't know how well it works
in the field, but it certainly sounds appealing...
