[Greenbuilding] Slab on Grade Insulation

I know, that's the thing, isn't it?  Nothing is perfect.  Bottom  
line--we have to have some kind of insulation.  Cellulose blown in  
with some kind of glue binder sounded good, but nobody seems to do  
that anymore.
