Rob,

Mind if I ask where you get your HDD stats?
http://ottawa.weatherstats.ca/charts/hdd-1year.html shows the last year as
having approx 3600 HDD.

I've been trying to find a solid number for the area as we plan on building
over in Chelsea at the foot of the Gatineau hills soon.
