ASRi is presenting: James van Hemert introducing the 'Sustainable Communities Development Code' which he helped to draft while serving as the Executive Director of the Rocky Mountain Land Use Institute in Denver.

James' presentation will be followed by a panel discussion featuring:

James - Director of Development Services for Duncan and Director of Planning for the Town of Cowichan;
Franc d'Ambrosio - International architect and Urbanist;
Lindsay Chase - Director of Development Services for the Town of View Royal and President of the Planning Institute of BC, and;
Gord Baird - Ground-breaking Cob house builder and co-author of the Net Zero zoning category in the District of Highlands.
