[Greenbuilding] Fence posts--gravel or concrete

Well, 4 1/2 feet is the bare minimum you would want to go in order to
have 6 inches below the frost line.  There seems to be a debate about
whether the frost line is an issue, but I don't feel like coming back
and fixing it later (or ever).
