[Greenbuilding] contractor recommendation, blower door/air sealing, Portland OR?

Anybody have anyone they've worked with? I have a friend who has an older farmhouse. They don't want to ruin it, but it does need to be tested and sealed. Sadly, someone's gone and insulated it (walls and ceilings) but didn't bother to seal it...
