[Greenbuilding] Web Design

I used to be a web producer and have a lot of experience with web sites. The
options you list are not the best. I suggest going with an open source
content management system. The best one I know of is Wordpress. Check out my
site. It is done with Wordpress. An amateur can install it but for a small
fee you can get a pro to do it.
