[Greenbuilding] clever idea

I'm familiar with that slang, and briefly considered the possibility that
he was using the term in that way. But since in this example the local
craftsmen, presumably, would merely be executing his idea I really don't
see how this fits. If they were coming up with the design, then perhaps.
