[Greenbuilding] Hot3000 - License Expiry message?

Was just playing around with Hot2000 today, figured I'd try out
Hot3000, but it appears to be dead in the water. Error message from
H2kCore - Hot2000 license has expired. Contact NRCAN.

No contact info, and the bug report links are all dead. Anyone
encountered this issue.

On another note, is it possible to model a fully foam wrapped slab on
grade in Hot2000.
