A while back, (a LONG while back, I think), there was a discussion on some of these 3 materials and some of them were accused of imprecise moulding techniques, resulting in varying sizes / edges of blocks, making finishing work difficult on all or some of these brands/blocks.  It was reported by someone here that one of the companies (at least) was making changes in their manufacturing process to help with this problem.  I wanted to check in with people who have worked with some or all of them recently to see if that issue was still a problem with each of them.  Opinions from recent experience?
