[Greenbuilding] tankless heaters redux

No detailed experience or referral, but my immediate gut reaction is to
picture a knockoff with a probably short lifespan. Takagi, a Japanese brand,
has a great reputation.  Have you also priced out Bosch, Rinnai, and/or
Noritz‹all large brands?
