[Greenbuilding] Thought: Maintenance.

I depend on iCal - set the alarm & the repeat interval, have it send me an email on the date (or x days in advance), and/or pop up a reminder on my computer screen and I can turn my brain to other things!  

Of course, you have to actually *act* on the email when it comes. :-)
