[Greenbuilding] Climate refugees - What's the US quota?

Hi all,

Saw an interesting documentary yesterday, "Climate Refugees" commentators asserted that we are already seeing climate refugees (Northern sub-Saharan Africa and island nations). In fact some island nations are looking to buy new nations for them selves.... in the next 2 to 5 decades we could be looking at 100s of millions of displaced peoples. 


One person suggested that countries should accept refugees in proportion to the climate change they have caused, hmm... not sure that's going to go down well in Washington!
