[Greenbuilding] Moss wall

Someone I know is keen on putting a moss wall in an coffee shop.
Anyone with experience in this area who can share thoughts on the
feasibility, cost, maintenance difficulty of this idea? My first
concern would be protecting the structure from moisture.  The existing
construction is (100 year old) wood framing, lath and plaster.
