[Greenbuilding] Pergolas east/west or north/south

I  build   roof   gardens  in  NYC.  Everything    has  to    be   reviewed    by 
building    engineers.  Put  in  this  modular    steel  and  wood  free  standing   pergola  and  17th  floor.
