[Greenbuilding] Measuring DesiccantHumidity

That's a reasonable unit that we use with our desiccant dehumidifiers.  If
you need Grains Per Pound  then the RH490 is the way to go.  Just make sure
you size it right with a professional otherwise you could start seeing
cracking in the drywall/trim joints and any wood floors could also show
issues.
