[Greenbuilding] exterior oil

Vermont Naturals makes a nice exterior finish that should last 3-5 years on
a vertical surface without refinishing; 3ish years on a deck...and of
course, nobody actually finishes as often as they should no matter the
finish used. VN is made from waste whey.
