[Greenbuilding] Nyle heat pump water heater update

As I said, current water heating is 7 kWh/day, of which 30% comes from a
grey water heat exchanger.

This means

The resistance heater contributes 4.9 kWh/day to the water heater
The heat exchanger contributes 2.1 kWh/day to the water heater

                               for a total of 7 kWh/day.

The heat exchanger has no external input, the 2.1 kWh is the energy
recovered from the grey water, and then transferred to the water heater.

Oh, I thought those thingies worked without external input of energy. Must
be Carmine's device that does that.
