Hi Bill,
I think SolarCity is a different type of entity. They place solar
panels on your roof, right?
Ethical Electric is an ESCO. You buy electricity through them, which
gets delivered through your utility company wiring.
I'd look into the solar panel leasing models, but I live in an
apartment building so that isn't feasible.
