Compared to what? My steel roof has (had) factory applied paint with a 20 year guarantee. Year 21, paint leapt off the roof.
Of course, it was likely a gradual process, but all that paint went somewhere... Find out what the use on roofs in Bermuda,
where every roof is a catchment.
