[Greenbuilding] Looking for Environmental Engineer in York Region for Site Testing

Would COuld anyone recommend a site engineer who is able to do a soil 
stability assessment as well as possibly a 'heritage' (tree coverage) 
assessment?  The area is north York Region, Ontario.
