So the upshot of that Glenfiddich article  was that that calcium in your water isn't bad for you but it will cause some little floaty bits of calcium oxalate in your whiskey.   :) 

 

It occurs to me that if we were all sitting around enjoying a beverage, I'd ask you about your favorite projects.  Anyone that is willing to indulge me a little, please share a couple of your favorite projects since 1994, which is the year that the Center for Renewable and Sustainable Technology put together the first incarnation of these email lists.
