[Greenbuilding] Windows

I agree with this. If I had my extreme green makeover to do over, I 
would not have bought new windows. I would have worked on my existing 
windows so they would open and shut, and then gone ahead with my 
insulated interior shutters which do more for my windows than the 
expensive replacements.
